A new love affair.... with asparagus!
Springtime, and asparagus season has started in Europe! Grabbed a bundle of whites on a whim at the supermarket. Asparagus is good, but not really my very favorite! After two days sitting on the table, they start to look a bit sad.. Finally I get inspired to cook them (simmered in water until al dente), drained them and tossed them around with some good butter, sugar, and parsley - et voila! I'm in love.. :-)
